I was deeply saddened to hear of Annie Lou's death. Please accept this e-mail as a means of expressing my most heart felt condolences. I will always remember Annie Lou as a God fearing woman who loved her church and family. My memory is one of deep respect and admiration.

May your faith and the love of family and friends sustain you during this time of grief. I love you and may God bless you and grant you peace.

My condolences to the Battle family. Mrs. Battle was a dear friend to me and for over 30 years we spoke everyday. In my most difficult times, she always had the correct answer for me not to question. She lived life from country to city to country. I will always cherish the memories and name Mrs. Battle. In her own words she would say,
"let me tell you something, when God calls you, you got to go, folks get beat up, cut up and shot up and come back, but when God calls you, you got to go."

Please accept my sincere condolence on your loss, may the God of all comfort be with you in your time of grief.
