Obituary

FORREST, Mrs. Annie Mae, 83, of Warsaw, peacefully went to be with heavenly father on Wednesday, August 6, 2008, surrounded by her family at home. She was predeceased by her husband, Vivian T. Forrest; infant son, Richard T.; and infant daughter. She was a member of Menokin Baptist Church and retired from Levi Strauss. Survivors are two daughters, Vivian F. Garner (Meade) and Beverly F. Gibbs (George); six grandchildren, Teresa Garner Williams, Steven R. Elbourn, Sandra Garner Fleet, Connie M. Elbourn, Dana Garner Boyle and Lora M. Garner; seven great-grandchildren, Jordan and Forrest Williams, Seth, Megan and Ethan Elbourn, Anne Carter and Emma Fleet. Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, August 9, 2008 at Manokin Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Welch Funeral Home, Marks Chapel from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. this evening (Friday). In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or Menokin Baptist Church Cemetery Fund. Online condolences may be made at www.welchfuneralhomeva.com
