North Sutton, NH-Annie J. (Rayno) Gagnon, 89, of Gile Road, North Sutton, died Sunday, February 16, 2025 at her home.


She was born in New London, NH on July 7, 1935 the daughter of Homer E. and Hazel M. (Seavey) Rayno.  


She graduated from New London High School in 1953.  Years ago Annie worked for Williams Laundry in New London and retired from Sylvania in Hillsboro, NH in 1993 after 34 years of employment.  She lived in Sutton all of her life.


She was a former member of the Sutton Ridgerunners Snowmobile Club and was a member of the Sutton Volunteer Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary.


Annie was predeceased by her parents, a brother, Howard Rayno, her husband, Robert Gagnon and her son, Gerald Gagnon.  She is survived by a daughter, Beverly Gagnon and a daughter-in-law, Cheryl Gagnon both of Sutton, NH; a granddaughter, Adaeze Okpoebo; nieces and nephews.


Friends may call at the Chadwick Funeral Home, 235 Main Street, New London, NH on Tuesday, February 25, 2025 from 5:00-7:00 P.M.  A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 26, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. at the Bradford Community Church, Bradford, NH.  Burial will be in North Sutton Cemetery in the spring.


Memorial contributions may be made to the Sutton Rescue Squad, 2 North Road, North Sutton, NH  03260.

Bev, may the love of friends and family carry you through your grief. Your Mom was a very special person and I have so many fond memories of not only her but your Dad as well. I am so sorry for your loss but she is no longer suffering. May she RIP and you cherish the memories you have created over all these years! She will be dearly missed.
