Not sure what to say?

Not a day goes by that she isn´t missed.

Cleveland "Sonny" and all of your children,I love all you and you know I loved Annie Jo so much, she was more than just a Sister-In- Law she was my Sister in Christ because we shared so many thoughts and fun things we did together and we shared our daughter Jehan who just happens to be my Goddaughter. Sonny you have a beautiful and loving family that love you and that is because you and Annie Jo saw to it that it was so. Annie JO had so much love in her heart and she didn't mind passing it...

To The family of the late Annie Jo Gordon I want to express my heart felt sympathy when I was told she had passed away. I have known Annie Jo for many years, my sister and her had a long history together, also I am close to her family on the Hunter side. I last saw her when I was home she and Doris Lilly was having lunch at Steak N Shake in East Peoria, we talked about my mother being ill at that time and me moving back to Peoria. Annie Jo was always the same with a bright million dollar...

Please accept my deepest sympathies.

To the Family & Friends of Annie Jo;
I had the pleasure of working with her during my early years at the Urban League. This was way back when I was not even 21.

She was a great lady and we continued our friendship well into the mid - late 1970's. But, as we all know, life sometimes gets in our way, and our communication fell by the wayside. Yet, I have some of my fondess memories of her as she taught me much of what I now carry with me through my continued business...

Cleveland and Family,
Touched by an angel...that's what we were...touched by an angel.
Annie was so inspirational to so many. She inspired you. "Can't" that word wasn't in Annie's vocabulary.
I as so many others were given great opportunities in employment by Annie.
I started my airline career by Annie sending me to Ozark Airlines in 1978. My greatest career position as "Station Manger for Skyway Airlines" was because Annie guided me to understand that you can...

To the Gordon and Williams family. I am deeply saddened by the homegoing of your wife and mother. I am a great niece of your grandfather, Solomon Williams. My prayers are with you all. Minister Jean Booker

My heart was saddened when I heard of the death of Annie Jo. I'm sending my love and prayers for your comfort. I know that God is able to ease the hurt that your are experiencing, and in time the empty space can be filled with loving memories. Her wonderful memories are what we all can cherish. May the peace of God be with you all for ever. Love, Sue Marks
