Annie Sue Harrison

HARRISON, Annie Sue Annie Sue Harrison was born April 4, 1924 and left this earthly home on August 15, 2020 to join her loving husband of 60 years Albert (Ab) Harrison and her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Annie was preceded in death by parents E. D. Ellenburg, Sr and Genevieve Gallahar Ellenburg; siblings E. D. Ellenburg, Jr., Paul Ellenburg, Ralph Ellenburg, Brooks Ellenburg, and Helen Ellenburg Jennings and her husband Ab Harrison. Annie is survived by daughter Elaine Harrison Massey and husband Thomas, Anita Harrison McFearin and husband Dan, five grandchildren Michael Massey and wife Wendy, Rusty Massey, Christopher McFearin and wife Kathryn and Cathryn McFearin and husband Nate Baird, six great-grandchildren Kyel McFearin, Ashlynn Massey, Michael Massey, Joshua Massey, Emilia Baird, Samantha Baird and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. Annie is a lifetime native of Wylie, Texas and a member of Cottonwood Church of Christ. She is noted for her devotion to the Lord and His Church and her many years (50) teaching Bible classes to pre-school children. A special thank you to caring friends Mayor Eric Hogue and Tammie, Zach, Alex and Mason; caring neighbors Brad and Penny McDonald, Drew and Mariah, Doug and Berta Creel, Joe and Gail Schiefer. Most of all to the amazing staff of Garnet Hill Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation facility God bless you all. The family will honor Annie's life with a visitation on Thursday, August 20, 2020 from 1:00 P.M. 2:00 P.M. And her Celebration of Life will begin at 2:00 P.M. at the Cottonwood Church of Christ, 2633 Elm Grove Road, Wylie, Texas 75088. Minister Eric Hogue will officiate. Her burial will be at the Wylie Cemetery next to Ab. Pallbears are Kevin Jennings, Joe Schiefer, Zachary Hogue, Mason Hogue, Brad McDonald and Drew McDonald. Due to the COVID-19 the family requests that masks be worn while in the church.
