To the Family of Annie Redd,
Please accept my deepest sympathy in the passing of Annie. I had the distinct honor of seeing Annie every day as she served lunch to the students and staff at the Department for the Blind and Vision Impaired. She cared so much about everyone, and everyone loved her. What a wonderful woman! I feel privileged to have known her. She will be missed.

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
