Dear Theresa and Family -

We are so sorry for your loss. As your neighbor - I did spend time talking to your Mom and Dad when they visited over the years and I remember him being kind, loving, and quite funny - always there to help with a house challenge or just visiting his wonderful grand kids. All of you are in our thoughts and prayers.
