Not sure what to say?

It all still seems so fresh on days like today. May your memory live on forever.
Miss you, my friend.

Your birthday reminder popped up on my calendar today (for tomorrow). Still think of you all the time my friend. I know you are watching over us up there like the hero you are. Love you man.

Hello,
We realize that we are very late to express our deepest condolences, but we wanted to let your family and friends know that we will be sending Care Packages to deployed troops this week and several of these will be dedicated to your loved one. Each package will carry the name, photo and hometown of Anthony Kamalu Bento US Army Corporal.

We realize that this is a small tribute, but we do this with all respect and sincerity and we want you to know that it is made possible...

I miss you my friend.
I still think of you daily.
I think of the day we lost you and keep wishing it somehow would play out differently.
I am forever greatful to have called you my friend.
Until I see you again.. Rest in Peace brother.

Thank you Cpl. Anthony K. Kamalu Bento for your courage and valor! I will be running on Monday to honor and remember your name and the immeasurable sacrifice that you and your family have made for this country!

I was sad for the...

I can't believe how vivid everything still is from that Dark day in September on the other side of the world. I think of you and your family on a daily basis. I have never been able to find words to express the sorrow, regret, guilt and anger I have had implanted in my mind and heart since that day. I will always wish I could have done something more. That will never change. But on this day , pride is the overwhelming feeling. I'm proud to have known you and to have served with you. We will...

Every year since you've been gone, I go see you at FT. Rosecrans and pay my respects not only to a friend but to a hero. Now since my kids have been born, I take them with to teach them the importance of remembering and what "Memorial day" is all about. I will be seeing you again on monday. Every one misses you, bro. See you soon.

Never to be forgotten and always honored. God Bless your family.
