My Dearest One...

Today, as President Barack Obama took office, I am reminded of our many "political" times together...attendance at Jimmy Carter's inaugural ball...your own election as a Suffolk County Legislator, your dream fulfilled by holding that office ....and I think:

Look at the day you ....just missed.

I wonder, too, about a day, some time in the future, that I, too, will ...just miss.

You taught me that each of us is responsible for what happens to our...

Tony was only in my life for a short time but during that time he fulfilled a lifelong dream. It was a privilage to have known him, to have laughed with him and to have listened to his stories about the "old days". Memories are forever and I will always be grateful to him for that.Tony came in to my life after I met his daughter,Diane, whilst on vacation. For that I will be eternally grateful. He not only left me with great memories he gave me a great friend and an extended family in the US....

As a kid you don't think where the teacher comes from or what kind of family they have. Teachers are "not regular people" to children. So please know your...

Diane, Susan and Michelle,
It has been so many years since we were little girls growing up on Forest Drive. I will always cherish the good times we had. I will always remember the love your father shared with us. My prayers, thoughts and love are always with you.

I shall always remember Tony's wonderful laugh. Tony, Dom Tortorice and I had many memorable years at St John's University."To love and to be loved is to feel the sun from both sides"
