God bless his family. Rest in peace Toni.

My Condolences to the family. Tony took a chance with me hiring me as a laboratory supervisor when he was at PUAG. I didn't let him down. Some of my best memories were working with him at PUAG and helping out at Solarhart. Really enjoyed talking with him. Always had good advice for me. Was really sadden to hear of his passing. God Bless.

To the Blaz family. I am not able to make the funeral as I am in Saipan. Tony was a good friend and a great public servant. I want to express my sincere condolences and pray especially for his children. You can be comforted knowing that you all were his pride and joy and left knowing that you all would carry on on his sincerity and humility and his passion to his roots and the Chamorros. God Bless you and thank you for sharing such a decent man with the people of Guam.

Our deepest sympathy and condolences to the family. (Doming and Nora Cabusao, Dededo)
