Not sure what to say?

Anthony Boone was my respected and cherished colleague for the past nine years. He worked with me to improve the lives of many patients--to make them more productive and happy--and he and I were proud of that. He was also a respected member of the psychology department at CCAC, where faculty and his many students appreciated his insights into the miraculous workings of the human mind.
When I look back at his life, I am reminded of Steve Jobs' last word --WOW. Anthony's life, his lasting...

I knew Anthony through Erin and am so grateful to have know such an amazing person. He was compassionate, dedicated, insightful, genuine, and had an awesome sense of humor. Just after the first couple of times of meeting him, it felt like we had been friends for a long time. We bonded over liking obscure 80's goth rock music. He could talk to anyone, always finding some sort of commonality and engage with them on such a human, kind level that made it known 'you' mattered. He was willing to...

When Anthony and I were about 21 we went to a local restaurant for some drinks and met this woman who was about the same age. In talking with her that evening we learned that she was unable to attend school because she was working two jobs in order to support her three year old son. When we got in the car to leave that evening the Queen and David Bowie song, Under Pressure, came on the radio and tears started streaming down Anthony's face. He felt so deeply for this stranger's plight and the...

I am so, so sorry to hear this heartbreaking news. Though I haven't talked to Anthony in quite a few years, I have many fond memories of practicing yoga together and having many long, philosophical - or just funny - talks about life, therapy, eating disorders, recovery. He always made me laugh and was so real and full of life. It sounds a little cliche, but soon after meeting him, you just knew he was a person who would do anything to help others - even before finding out that that's just...

There was so much good in Anthony. He spread that energy with many without reservation. Such an inspiration.

He will be missed. I am so sorry for the loss.

I would call or see Anthony and would address him as Dr. Boone. He would laugh and say, "I'm Anthony." I am so blessed to have met Anthony. He is so humble, yet so brilliant. His smile is so wonderful, and I smile even now as I think of him. When I think of Anthony, I thank God for the gift of having him in my life.

I am one of those fortunate enough to have had Anthony in my life through the strong, unbreakable bond of brotherhood. A brotherhood that was sparked by Anthony's energy and became a blaze through his eternal spirit.

I will forever miss my friend, my brother Anthony but I will also forever be grateful that he allowed me to share some time with him on his journey.

Victoria/Erin...Please know that I along with Anthony's brothers will be there for you, as Anthony was there for us.

Dr. Bloom certainly created his masterpiece!
He will be greatly missed.
May the Holy Spirit be with everyone who is grieving and provide them strength courage and peace

I know Anthony through Erin, and while the amount of time I got to spend with him was much less than I'd like, every memory is painted laughter. He was one of the most fun people to be around. His humor to me was his second most prominent characteristic, seconded by his amazing capacity to love and cherish the people around him, especially his wife, my treasured friend Erin. Anthony beamed with pride and admiration for Erin in everything he said and did. I remember him driving 3 hours one...
