Shane loved to meet people and connect with them. He loved his son and daughter very, very much and considered them to be the sunshine in his life. His charming personality and great "big" smile will be missed by all that knew and loved him. Shane, I know you have found eternal peace, happiness and love with God above. You will always be in our hearts and memories. We love you always.

I'm devastated by this news. I knew Shane as a young kid and all through high school at Pelham. I was a small kid, skinny, wore glasses. Shane was my friend when I didn't have many friends. I will always remember him as the best friend a kid could have. Bye Shane

I grew up with Shane& Jon... Same neighborhood. I was saddened to hear of his passing. My prayers go out to the entire family...

I want to express my deepest condolences to the Brooks family. I grew up with Shane and Jon and went to Riverchase and Pelham with them. Please tell Jon that if he wants to talk to me I can make my number available to him. My thoughts are with you during this time.
