Not sure what to say?

Hello Ann,

I'm just learning of Fred's passing. I'll always remember him from my early years at St. Edward's, then later when you married. He was a bright spot in my days at the parish. Your steadfast presence at the weekday masses reminded me I was with family. I'm keeping you and all your family in prayer.

Miss Ann, hugs and blessings to you on the passing of your beloved "Fred". We didn't have the joy of knowing Fred a long time, but we enjoyed every moment he was with us at the "Circle". I went to Rosary High in Fullerton with some of Mr. Mintie's daughters. They were kids one could be proud of. Nancy was a bit older than me, but I have followed her career here in L.A. over the years, as the Mintie name is impossible to forget. Fred left the world a better place, which is the pinnacle of fatherhood and manhood. Blessings on all his Minties.

Fred was a one-man stimulus package, a terrific instructor for folks seeking a real-estate license in the 70s, even as the oil crisis put a temporary brake on the real estate market. He started many a novice on a rewarding career.
