Gone but not forgotten, his legacy lives on

I know Mr C in the mid 80s and learned so much from him. I Know Im late but Thank You Professor.

Just received word of Mr. C's passing. We all loved him dearly....even through 16+ hours of recording sessions! Hugs to "my big sister" Bebe (ABX). I was there when you fell in love! Wow 37 years! So many wonderful memories. So sad!

Under Cappy's direction, we recorded music annually....until dawn if necessary (to get it 'right'), and we sang in the New York State Pavilion at the World's Fair. And all those singing tours....good music under excellent direction.

So sorry to hear of his passing. What a special love he had for music and that light will continue to shine in the hearts he left behind. To Bebe and my cousins. May God hold you in the Hollow of His hands. My love goes out to the family and friends of my dear uncle. Sonny and Regina Cappadonia.

I can still find the note "A" in my head after almost 50 years. Audiences were amazed when we sang all songs a cappella without any prompting notes. I love my two years in the choir.

I had the pleasure of singing under the direction of Mr. Cappadonia at an Area All-State in 1971. The lessons I learned for vocal music in those 2 days have stayed with me my entire life. I can clearly see you bouncing around Heaven inspiring the angels to new vocal heights. May the memories of a life well-lived sustain your family in the coming years.
