Judge Cardona was a great man and a great person. I have fond memories of him. He was one in a million. Best wishes to his family.

As a new Children's Services caseworker many years ago, the first law guardian I met was Judge Cardona (then affectionately known as Tony Cardona). We shared many cases throughout the years. He served each with compassion, honesty and integrity, and with a dose of reality as well.
