Not sure what to say?

I know he has been gone a long time, but this family is always on my mind. When I was little, Mr. Caruso always made sure we had more than enough. We'd order a small and somehow there was a "mistake" and we'd take home a large. I wasn't so broke when I had my own child, but Tony Always have him a soda and quarters to play. He always treated us like family. It's been a bit, and I still spent a good half an hour telling my neighbor about your wonderful family. You are good people, and...

We loved Mr. Caruso in our family as he was not just an amazing teacher, but a trusted friend and confidant. All three of my children had the honor of having him for 12th grade AP English. I dont think we could have navigated the drama of senior year without Mr. Carusos warmth and wisdom. He was a kind hearted, benevolent person who inspired his students as if they were his very own children. We appreciated him so much and I hope that he knew the positive influence he had on students and...

The Caruso Family,

It is with profound sadness and heartfelt sympathy that we offer our condolences. We just learned of Tony's passing and are shocked beyond belief. Tony and I spoke almost every week he will be greatly missed.

Richard and Linda Cohen and Family

Tony was a kind, fatherly role model for my sons - especially Mark Smith and his little brother, Josh Bloom. Mark worked for years at his shop. We recently dropped in to say hello to him since we hadn't seen him for years. Even my girls agree that he made great pizza, but that he was also a very important person in our neighborhood. He was a bright face on a gloomy day. Our sympathy to his family. Alice Bloom Fuchs

I was deeply shocked and saddened to learn of my old friend's passing. Tony and I passed many happy moments playing golf, speaking Italian and joking in the shop. He and his family were always warm and wonderful to me. Love and good luck to all.

To the Caruso Family,
