Not sure what to say?

I decided I wanted church in my life. I got tired of sitting behind while everyone else went up for communion at mass. Fr. Tony offered to do my communion classes personally. He guided me to employment opportunities that helped me get the experience needed to get where I am today. There was a moment where I suffered and he went out of his way to help me. I took him to get his SUV serviced. I helped him as something of an at home nurse in his later years a few times. We watched movies...

I miis my dear friend very much

Dear Georganne and family:
You have been and will be in my heartfelt prayers on your loss of Father Tony. May God bless and console all of you. Fondly, your classmate,

I knew Fr. Tony from University Hospitals. He was such a kind man but very funny. Always had a good sense of humor, even when ill. May you rest in peace.

My sincere sympathy to Fr. Tony's family and dearest friends, although I had never met him I have heard wonderful stories about him over the years from a mutual friend. He is now at home where we all hope to be one day in Our Lords eternal home free from all pain and earthly suffering. jn

My condolences to Fr. Tony's family, friends and parish community. My own father, LerRoy Matthews, had the privilege of caring for Fr. Tony's CF for many years.and encouraged Fr. Tony in his vocation. Years later, when my father suffered a stroke, Fr. Tony was a frequent visitor to the ICU sitting th our family, administering the sacraments, and entertaining us with his stories. When my mother died, he was there to say to prayers for her internment. I remember him most for his great...

Our prayers for you now as you so often prayed for us.

What a wonderful priest. So many fond memories from when I was a child in Cleveland Heights at St. Louis. You'll be greatly missed.

Father Cassese, so much more than just a priest. A real person, mentor and friend! One of a kind with humorous honesty, thanks for all the great memories.
