Anthony Rudolph Celia

I never met your husband but my husband Joe Charley often spoke of him to me. The one thing I remember Joe telling me every time we passed that little white house on the corner coming from mass at St. Charles was that Tony rented an apartment from him when they both were just married. They both went on the U.D. police Department in 1957. Joe left U.D. police in 1988 to become Chief of Police of Thornbury Township in Chester County and that's when I met him. Sorry for your loss.
