Not sure what to say?

Dr. Cortese was a remarkable and wonderful man. He did his job well and truly loved what he did. I know he is missed dearly.

Dr. Cortese was a great person. I worked at Eastmoreland Hospital, and he was my surgeon as well. He was a great doctor, and just a real nice person. He had a great bedside manner. He will definitely be missed by all who knew him. My sincerest condolences for your loss.

Dr. Cortes delivered me into this world in 1977. My mom has always spoken so highly of him. Grateful for all he contributed & that he was a part of our journey. Sending loving thoughts to his family. With care, The Bracy family

Tony will be remembered as one of the most welcoming, compassionate and giving people we have known. From our first meeting at a wine class, no surprise, we knew that we would be long friends. We have many memories of wonderful times spent together with Tony and Marjorie, mutual friends and family members. Tony was a great story teller. He could remember things that most people had long forgotten and weave them into an interesting story. Tony was one-of-a-kind. The world needs more...

Tony was not only a dear friend but the dear man who delivered both of our sons Troy and Todd. He was determined that we have their middle names be Anthony. We had many wonderful dinners together and lots and lots of golf with he and his wonderful wife Marge. My condolences go out to the family. May you Rest In Peace, dear friend.

Such a wonderful friend to know over time. We worked together at the hospital, and I knew him from the day he first landed in Portland. Loved his stories especially when he was studying medicine. He had this great sense of humor and was so good to his patients. I lost track of him when moving to Arizona. Sending good thoughts and prayers to the family. I know he will be missed.
