Anthony Criscione

Anthony Criscione, age 65 of Elwood for the past five years, died August 26, 2010 at the Roudebush V.A. Medical Center in Indianapolis following a brief illness. He was born September 2, 1944 in Ragusa, Italy. He retired in 2005 as a self-employed film distributor owning and operating Reel Easy Shipping Co. He lived in Los Angeles from the time he was eight years old. He was a 1962 graduate of Lincoln High School in East Los Angeles and attended Los Angeles City College. He married Judy L. Fowler on September 11, 1965. He was a member of the Elwood V.F.W. post 5782.

Survivors include: Wife – Judy L. (Fowler) Criscione; 2 Sons – Anthony and wife Regina Criscione of Ogden, UT and Robert Criscione of LaHabra, CA; Foster-Son – Gene Alari of Alta Loma, CA; 2 Grandchildren – Anthony and Leah Criscione both of Ogden, UT; 3 Brothers – Sal and wife Margaret Criscione of Temucala, CA, Joe and wife Ashley Criscione of Napa, CA, and Victor and wife Cee Cee Criscione of Covina, CA; 2 Sisters – Rose and husband Fernando Mastrocinque of Van Nuys, CA and Maria and husband Tim Stel of St. Helena, CA; and Numerous Nieces and Nephews.

He was preceded in death by: Parents – John and Serena (Impoco) Criscione, Infant Sister – Rose Criscione.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 1:00 PM Monday, August 30, 2010 at Copher-Fesler-May Funeral Home in Elwood with Father Paul Cochran of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Elwood officiating. Cremation will follow, and burial will take place at a later date. Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Monday at Copher-Fesler-May Funeral Home in Elwood.
