Anthony "Essy" Curatolo

I worked with Essy at the Rosebank Post Office for many years. He was the senior carrier and got to pick the radio station we listened to and much to my chagrin it was CBS FM lol. "Where are you, little star?" I would serenade him every time that song came on (which seemed like once a day at least- lol). Great guy and coach and the rock of the station. My family's deepest condolences.

Dear Sweet Curatolo Family, As you know, your dad was truly a special and loving man in so many ways. To know and share many moments with him over the years was truly a blessing and a gift in my life. How he loved your mom and all of you was always so evident in his actions and how he spoke to me about you. Mr. and Mrs. C were kind enough to try to turn a St. Joseph´s Rosebank girl into a St. Mary´s Rosebank athlete, back in the mid `70´s. They were both very patient with me, and taught me a lot, but I could not hold a torch to the St. Mary´s girls (including the Curatola girls). They then went on to start up and coach the softball team at Notre Dame Academy high school, and I was so grateful to have someone from the "neighborhood" as coach.
