Not sure what to say?

I met Tony thru singing Barbershop Harmony in a chorus call the Spare Parts and soon started a Quartet called Evolution and moved on the the Oceanaires chorus. We were together for about 14 years. He was a very positive person a joy to be around and a very close and special Friend. Go with GOD my friend and sing with all the Angels in Heaven. You will always have a special place in my Heart.

I knew Tony from the Oceanaires where I knew him to be committed to perfection in knowing his music for every rehearsal. He was also a dedicated chorus Secretary for several years. One of his many admirable qualities was the manner in which he always went out of his way to help any newcomers feel welcome in our chorus. If there is a chorus in Heaven he will add a special Bass sound to the angels. May he rest in peace! Barry Burke

We are so sad and will miss the friendship we shared for almost 30 years. We first met in Puerto Rico and hit it off instantly when we learned that my husband and Joan and Tony were brought up in Jersey City. We have many wonderful memories of a lot of good times. Tony, Lynn and Family: he loved you so much. Please accept our sincere sympathy for your loss.

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends. And GOD of all tender mercy will indeed comfort the family as well

Had Mr.D´Elia as a teacher many years ago and as my first director for a Special Saturday program. He was a smart, professional and always cheerful man. I was saddened to hear of his passing. He will be missed by those who had the pleasure of knowing him
