Members of the New York State Conference of Local Mental Hygiene Directors join me in expressing our sorrow at losing a very knowledgeable fellow Director who was also just good people and fun to be with. We recall him fondly from our many meetings and the good (poker?) advice he gave us as we dealt with the State. We, too, will miss him.

Rosanne... he was the best - a true gentleman. For the people that didn't know him... he gave his all to his family. He was a wonderful Husband and best friend to his wife - Rosanne. He welcomed everyone to his home that he loved dearly in Las Vegas. I will miss that certain smile he would give us as we took off shopping. I will always look around for him at our favorite stopping areas... he will always be our Syn... rest in my peace my dear cousin. Know in your heart I will always be...
