Dr. Anthony J. Donatelli

Dr. Donatelli passed away on Wednesday, February 24, 2010. Dr. Donatelli was a resident of North Providence, Rhode Island at the time of his passing. He received a Bachelors Degree in Nutrition from the University of Rhode Island and a Masters Degree in Human Metabolic Disorders from Penn State University. In 1994, he received a Doctorate of Chiropractic, Neurology and Nutritional Science, graduating Cum Laude, from Life Chiropractic College West in California. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service Friday at 10 a.m. in Ocean State Baptist Church, 600 Douglas Pike, Smithfield. Visiting hours respectfully omitted. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Park, Johnston. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to St. Jude Childrens Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
