HAUBSTADT, Ind. — Anthony A. Elpers, age 90, passed away Friday, February 12, 2010, at Transcendent Health Care of Boonville. He was born October 17, 1919, in Haubstadt to the late John B. and Caroline (Keil) Elpers. He resided in Haubstadt his whole lifetime.
