Not sure what to say?

Kay and I met Tony back in 2018 at the New Zealand nationals during a dinner function , He seemed to have the ability to make you feel good about yourself no matter what the topic was , He asked us to come over for a visit anytime in which we were planning to do but he sadly passed before we could get there.

Our dahlia friend Tony, oh how we miss you. Not a day goes by when we don't think about you. Never will be forgotten the good times we had together at dahlia shows, meetings and other events. It was a privilege to have you as a friend. Our best to Jackie, the family, and all of Tony's friends who feel the same way we do. Tony is truly missed. BTW, the tubers we received at your celebration of life were great!! You were the best!

Remembering the kind, understanding, caring, and loving man you were as a father, brother, son, and grandfather. You left this beautiful Earth that you so loved far too early and with so much more to give. I pray God repays with the same.

I worked with "Dr.E" at Lake Animal for 31 years, where everyone saw how smart, compassionate,& funny he was. So grateful that the last time I spoke to him, I got to tell him how much I appreciated his concern for his employees, and that he would ask me how I was when difficulties came up, ... he would tell me " Jackie & I will pray for you " And I know he did Thanks Dr E You´ll be missed

I was so sorry to hear of Tony´s passing. He was a customer of mine for many years and I had the opportunity to witness there of his passions - veterinary medicine, fly fishing and Dahlias - I will be there to celebrate his life, and would be honored to plant some of his Dahlias in his memory. He was a great man!

Jackie and family, My sincere condolences to your family. I had the honor of chatting with Tony at the Community Garden over the last few years where I was able to see first hand the INCREDIBLE dahlias he nurtured and enjoyed listening to how knowledgeable he was on just so much! He will be missed. Keeping your family in my prayers.

Tony was a man who touched your heart, your intellect, and your funny bone, within minutes of meeting him. He contributed to the betterment of his community, his neighborhood, and his friends. Tony is one of those people that you will keep in your heart forever. Gary and Kay Changnon
