I was very saddened to learn of Tony Fatone's passing. He was a wonderful man, and in many ways exemplified the "American Dream" though his hard work, personal discipline, and love of learning. I had the privilege of having Tony for my math teacher in sixth grade at Mile Creek School. It was my toughest subject, and Tony was a hard grader, but there was no better feeling than when he told you that you had done a good job on an assignment.
