Mary, We were very sorry to see Tony's obituary. Sorry we are so late in offering condolences, We are in AZ in the winter. I (Fred) met Tony in 1983, when my Mother was dying from cancer. I am still taking the medications he prescribed for me. He helped Eileen and me through some very rough times dealing with members of our family and extended family. Thank you Sally for your condolences. He was sick for a long time, but you are never really prepared for the time when he's gone. How well I remember Design Review. I think we labored over some pretty trivial things back then. But I enjoyed my 9 years with some pretty nice people. Again, thanks.

I am so very sorry for your loss. Dr. Fons was a wonderful person. I knew him in his professional capacity and I loved the man. He shared such great stories of his life and his family. I missed him when he retired. Prayers of comfort and sadness are with you.

I am so sorry to learn of Dr Fons' passing. I will miss him and his sage advice.
He helped me tremendously and was a comfort as well as a Dr/teacher.
My thoughts and prayers go out to his family. He was one of the good guys.
