Thoughts out to Mary and entire family. I remember working with Tony and Mary at metro health years ago and one of my fondest memories was when they got married. Thoughts and prayers. Karen pressler

My condolence to Mary and Tony's family. As an orthodontist, I had several orthognathic treatment cases with Tony. It was a pleasure treatment planning cases with such a brilliant surgeon. He will always be remembered with fondness.

Our deepest sympathies to Mary and the entire Forde family. I met Tony in 1975 when I was in my first year of residency at Metro and Tony was in his second year. Tony was one of the kindest, brightest, compassionate, loyal, kind, and generous individuals I ever knew. He would go out of his way anytime to help anyone. I still remember all of the noon time basketball games we had along with Michael and Bob. I think maybe the last time I saw Tony was in Hawaii at an AAOMS meeting, he was...

He loved our Cleveland sports teams and it was always fun to listen to his spot on post-game commentaries. It was truly a blessing to our family to call him our...

Deepest sympathy. I was a patient of his for several years. He was very compassionate person. He did my oral surgery and also wisdom teeth. Several of family members went to also. He took genuine interest with making sure procedures were explained well and time to follow up with family afterwards and answered questions.

I was part of Tony's staff in his first office in Parma...he was such a dedicated surgeon, loved his work, and treated each patient with such kindness and respect. I am so saddened by his death...gone way too soon. My sympathy to his family--my thoughts and prayers go out to you all. May you find comfort in all of the good memories as I will when I think of him starting out in his private practice.
