Anthony very quickly became a member of the East End Asphalt family doing odd jobs at our Duck´s Puddle plant from time to time. We Loved his kind spirit, and we have several stories that we can share about his integrity, intellect, and generosity. What a special and refreshing person. May God bless you and keep you, my Brother, and provide comfort to those you have left behind.

To those who loved and understood Fowler the most, you have my condolences. I will miss his words of encouragement in passing. I always found him respectful and as others have said, a gentle soul. That is the side of Fowler I knew. I will miss him.

I got to know Anthony by going to Baileys ice cream parlor and what a sweet, humble gentleman he was. I´ll miss our conversations and watching him sweeping the bus lay by and cleaning up other peoples trash. He was the best ... BIG HUGS to Anthony´s family.
