Dear family members, I had the pleasure of getting to know Tony while he was at Washington Sq. He was quite literally an angel for our family. I am the oldest niece of Nancy Durkin. With all of our family living out of town Tony was a true godsend in how he took time to always check in on our beloved Aunt, and spend time keeping her company. I knew I could always call him for any updates. I´m sad to know that his gentle spirit has departed this earth but I have no doubt that he had a direct...

Thank you for your military service in the United States Air Force and for being a watchful and sympathetic eye to all of the residents here at Washington Square Apartments. Tony was the first person to help anyone in need. He had many friends and always had a kind word to say upon seeing his neighbors. Fly High, Tony, you will be missed but not forgotten.
