Not sure what to say?

We will always cherish Tony's zest for life and never forget his enjoyment of an excellent chardonnay.

Tony and I were in high school together and shared many classes. He was always my buddy, a little shy, very wry, and always fun to be around. I was happy to see him at our last class reunion in 2001 for one last time.
I'm happy he was part of my life, although briefly.

It was always a delight to engage in conversation with Tony at the Swedenborgian Church in San Francisco. He was warm, genuine and always interested in the other person. Our discussions were brief, usually occuring during the Coffee Hour after services. However brief, they always left a lasting impression and I went away with a smile. Thank you Tony for the gift of being fully present. To his family members, may all the Angels of Heaven and Earth comfort you as you mourn Tony's passing.

Tony and I went all through school together from the first grade at Woodrow Wilson. We partnered in social dance class with Mrs. Roeder every Friday. I was very saddened to hear that Tony passed away. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

It was a special honor to help him bring out of the objects the character and qualities that he wanted others to see and understand. A hard worker with great passion, who knew what he wanted, I will miss our discussions of the art and the people.

Tony was an extraordinary human and it was my privilege to work with him first in Indonesia and later in London. Through many difficult professional challenges, Tony remained positive, amusing and energetic, and he always got us to where we needed to be, when no one else could. But the work was the least compelling part of Tony - and I will cherish the many hours spent discussing the world - its people, history, culture, architecture, art. Tony had a rare intelligence combined with grace,...

My Dad and Ton'ys Dad met and became lifelong friends during WWII. During our childhood years our families spent many happy afternoons & evenings together. Tony & his brother Steve were a big part of my childhood. I always looked forward to their visits with great excitement. I'll never forget Tony's razor wit, his sparkling eyes and his flashing smile that could melt an iceberg. The world was a better place for his having been here.

Rest in peace, old friend.
