I knew Anthony from UAB. He was always friendly and outspoken. I did not know him very well but whenever I encountered him, he always was joking around and smiling. I was sad to hear that he had passed. He had told me that he lost his mother a few years ago. They are now together.

I worked with Anthony at UAB and although we knew each other only a short time, he made a major impact. Anthony always gave words of encouragement and was just an all-around great guy. He was always so willing to help when asked and would always remind me of what is most important in life and that's living life with those you love the most, while taking nothing for granted. I will truly miss his smile, and laugh. Heaven got a good one. My prayers and thoughts are with his family during this...

I worked with Anthony at the university of alabama at birmingham. He was so special and friendly. He was a special friend to me. Always smiling with a hug and words to brighten my day. I know he will be missed by his family as well as so many that he came in touch with in his life. God bless and my prayers to all. Anthony at rest with love.
