Anthony P. Kralyevich 99, went to heaven on May 27, 2017. Tony was born on May 19, 1918 to Gasper and Nedjelda Kralyevich in San Jose, CA. Tony was raised on a four acre fruit orchard on the corner of Parkmoor Avenue and Meridian Road. He attended San Jose Technical High School for Auto Mechanics.
He met the love of his life at US Products on the maraschino cherry line. He was her Boss. At first, she didn't like him because he was too "Bossy", but he grew on her and the love bug bit. They married in Reno, NV on October 18, 1941. He joined the Navy during World War II. He was in combat at sea and was in the Philippines, Okinawa and Iwo Jima.
After the military, he worked as an auto mechanic and opened his own business Tony's Auto Repair around 1950. He remained in business until he retired at 58 years old.
Tony and his wife Madalyn enjoyed many trips in retirement including Europe, Alaska, Hawaii, New Orleans and Caribbean. Tony and Madalyn were married 76 years.
He is survived by his wife Madalyn; his two children Lorene Scott (Richard) and Anthony Jr. (Melinda deceased) and four grandchildren – Stacey & Jennifer Scott and Cody & Sarah Kralyevich.
Tony also known as "Torba" was a proud man with great love of family and always enjoyed his beach house in Santa Cruz.
All services will be held at Oak Hill Funeral and Memorial Park "Chapel of the Roses" 300 Curtner Ave, San Jose, CA 95125 on Thursday, June 8, 2017; Viewing from 11:00am to 12:00pm. A rosary at 12:00pm. Entombment with military honors ceremony @1:00pm. After services all family and friends are invited to a reception dinner @3:30pm at Three Flames Restaurant in Honor of Tony.

Dear Auntie Madalyn, Lorene, Rich, Tony, Stacy, Jennifer, Sarah and Cody, it saddens me to think of what a great man has passed away. He lived a long and full life, so we can take solace in that. I have many fond memories of Uncle Tony. I can't smell cigar smoke and not think of him. Please accept my love and sincere heartfelt condolences for your loss. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
