The Andantes

I knew Anthony only from interacting with him for 4 years on Facebook, but I felt we were friends nevertheless and he shared that same feeling. In addition to interacting with each other on our walls, we also had many chats in private messages. In addition to that he was a cherished member of our group devoted to the ladies of Motown records, known as The Andantes and he expressed his love for music in that way. I will truly miss his upbeat spirit, his deep faith and our interactions. R.I.P....

RIP Anthony. God has a plan for us all. You touched so many people and your contribution to helping others will be missed.

Anthony was precious--when he came to the hospital, we talked about the needs of special education children and how much he cared about his children. We also shared how God brought us strength and we prayed together. My heart hurts that Anthony is no longer with us, but grateful that I know the Father welcomed him Home! We will see Anthony again and praise God.

Anthony was like a shooting star in the lives of everyone he met. His brightness lit up the minds of his students, the smiles of his collegues and friends, and the lives of his family. And, like a shooting star, we will miss its going but never forget its brightness. Heaven will be the brighter now with Anthony there. RIP,my friend.

God has closed one door and opened another for you dear Anthony. Your wonderful relationship with the children and your loyalty to Galveston ISD will remain in our hearts. We will miss your smiling face.
