Not sure what to say?

Happy Name Day in Heaven, you are remembered fondly. You are the only one that I remember the first and last time that I saw you. Enjoy the Heavenly celebration of Saint Anthony,

Happy Name Day, Tony. I'm thinking you'll bake St. Anthony's bread to celebrate his Feast Day. Thank you for saving Josephine's Basil. We miss you and speak of you often.

One year ago, Today We had Our last conversation. Tony standing by the stove stirring his marinara sauce on a Friday afternoon. I remembered to tell Tony about the Farmer's Market. He said we'll go next Saturday. Sadly, that Saturday arrived without Tony I still can recall the look on his face when we found out we shared a birthday. Tony was such a kind and funny person. I was blessed to have known him although briefly.

Sorry our condolences to the family come so late--we stumbled across the obituary only after no response to our birthday phone call and Thanksgiving text...Tony was creativity personified, joyfulness in motion. As a choreographer, he could make your body do things you never knew it could. When he was creating, he was magnetic, and it was a privilege to be part of his process. Kind, caring, super-talented, he was a great cook and a great friend. We will miss him. May he dance among the angels.

Tony, Thank you for your kindness & the laughter. Always a pleasure to be in your company. The St. Joseph's bread & pizza rustica much appreciated and will be remembered. Carmine, Margaret Amelia, I heard the love in your father's voice when he spoke of you which was often. My condolences.

Tony was super sweet. RIP...I hope you're dancing in heaven!
