Not sure what to say?

You´re huge personality is missed and loved.

Dad, I love you. It's been 2 years this past Feb 11th since you transitioned. I know you're with me. I can feel you sometimes. I wish I could see you again in your earthly body. I wish I could hug you. I wish I could get that supportive call from you when you know I'm going through a hard time. Love you always. And always proud to be your son.

He was a very special man. He served as a priest at Sacred Heart in Galveston. There he mentored the Catholic Youth Organization (CYO) while I was the president. When Betty and I were married, he performed the ceremony. I remember going to Houston with him and stopping off at his home. Words just don't tell the story well enough of his truly golden qualities. His personality, his caring, everything about him was special.

Jim and I miss all the laughs we shared, and you are truly missed.

I was saddened hearing of his passing. He was a wonderful man. He performed our wedding 53 years ago. He remained a true friend through the years. He would come visit us and Jerome would take him fishing. I just found out yesterday about his passing. God bless your family. Will truly miss this very special man. You are safely home with God & all the heavenly angels.

I love you so much dad! I can´t believe you are gone. I will carry my head so high knowing I had such a wonderful human as my father. I´m forever grateful to share your dna. I will tell our stories for forever

A wonderful Compassionate man who always care for others. He was our priest who married i and my first wife Vicki in 1969. RIP Father and be with the Lord.

I grew up in Sacred heart Parish in Galveston. Then Father Matranga was my mentor and friend. He was a good man. He even married my wife and I some 53 years ago.
