Anthony T. Minichiello of Concord died Friday, May 25, 2018 at Pleasant View Nursing home after a short period of declining health. Born in Concord on March 6, 1922, the son of John and Rosa (Blasi) Minichiello. He was a life long resident of Concord.
Anthony was a graduate of Concord High School and attended the University of NH. He was a veteran of WWII, joining the U.S. Army Air Force in 1942. Upon his discharge in 1945 he went to work for New England Telephone. He retired from the phone company in 1984 as a BICSI engineer. Shortly after his retirement, he founded MAXIMAS Communications, a telephone consulting company. He continued working into his late 70's, ending with a six month assignment in Hungary.
He was a long term member of BICSI (Building Industry Consulting International) where he received several awards and served on numerous boards.
Anthony was predeceased by his wife, Pauline, who died in November, 2011. He is survived by his three sons, Henry Minichiello, Jerry Minichiello and Larry Minichiello. Survivors also include seven grandchildren, Pamela, Elise, Rose, Joel, Scott, Gregory, John; two great grandchildren, his brother, Thomas and nieces and nephews.
Pursuant to Anthony wishes, there will be no services and interment will be private.
