Not sure what to say?

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow. He was a wonderful teacher and he will be greatly missed. It's going on a year now since you left us and I could still hear your voice clearly as if we're just yesterday

One of my favorite teachers ever. His energy and belief in students was second to none. My condolences, thoughts and prayers to the family of this amazing man.

My prayers and condolences to the family. God bless you all.

A tragic loss for a good friend and a superb teacher. We started teaching at Ernie Pyle the same year. Thirty years later we reconnected. He will be missed, but never forgotten.

What a kind human being. God bless you and your family.

He was my first teacher at Pyle Style. I think every student at EP who knew him respected and loved him for his balance and super coolness... I recall one day when he was working in the lunch room watching us hooligans. of course I was being a typical 7th grader. I threw an apple into my friends open lunch bag. quite the shot If I must say so.. . just then I had two hands over my eyes. As a low deep voice. says: PEEKABOO guess who. you got trays for a week.. busted.. He was a great man...

My memories of Mr Monfiletto will never end. He has been a fantastic role model. The lessons in life he shared with me are priceless.

"Whats a matter you"""" Mr Monfilleto you were awesome and an inspiration for thousands of kids. It was an honor to be in your class.

Thank you for making Ernie Pyle a great place to be a student in the 80s RIP sir.
