Not sure what to say?

Dearest Peg,
I have just learned from one of our tennis friends of the passing of your beloved Tony. Please accept my heartfelt condolences. I always enjoyed seeing him at Rocco's where we would talk and joke around together. What a warm and considerate man he was. Few people have achieved the position of respect and esteem which he enjoyed for so many years in our community. No one can ease your grief at this sad time, but many of us share your feelings of loss.
Please know...

Dear Peggy and Family, I am very sorry to know of your loss of your husband and father, Tony. I met Tony on a couple of occasions, and I wish I had had the chance to know him better. I am very pleased to know he had been a Trustee of Mt. Holyoke College! God Bless you all at this difficult time. Judy Hudson Cudnik

Dear Peg, We extended our heartfelt condolences to you and your entire family. We remember how you would tell us little stories of your husband when we would meet in Heinen's on occassion or when you had our daughter as a teacher at Grant. Our prayers are with all of you! Tony, 30 years ago you took time to have lunch with me.
Your input and advice directed me down the right path.
