Rossi Funeral Home - Scotch Plains Obituary

Anthony G. Palazzolo of Pocono Lake Pa, passed away peacefully on Saturday
July 4 2015 at his home. He was the loving Husband of Linda Palazzolo
(nee Deer), to whom he had been married for 22 years.

A celebration of his life will be offered on Thursday July 16 2015 from 5-7pm
at the Rossi Funeral Home 1937 Westfield Avenue Scotch Plains.


Born in NY, NY he was the son of the late John and Helen (Kertesz)
Palazzolo.

A proud veteran, Anthony served with the United States Navy, during the
Korean War. Anthony or Tony as his family and friends affectionately called
him, worked on the management team for Con Edison of New York. Upon
retiring and moving to the Poconos, he went from being a "city man" to
becoming a "country man", who loved the mountains. He loved the many
"toys" he had which included his motorcycle and snow mobiles.
He loved music, fishing and bird watching. He was an avid reader and a die
hard Yankee fan.

In addition to his wife Linda, Tony is survived by his loving children,
John Palazzolo and wife Debbie, Lisa Approvato and husband Karl. Cherished
grandchildren Stacy and Daniel Approvato, Kristina and Nicholas Palazzolo
He is also survived by his sister Barbara Ruggiero and husband Sal, and three nephews Anthony, Salvatore and Michael Ruggiero
