ANTHONY AKA "TONY" We lived in the same neighborhood at Village Walk. Being a supernumerary along side of you at the Sarasota Opera was a beautiful thing. Appreciate you, your kindness and sense of humor. Trust we made Maestro DeRenzi and Greg Trupiano happy with all of the performances we did together. I've think about you and trust you are enjoying Heaven :) p.s. Thank for all the rides! Steven John

I still recall so many fun moments during quick changes at Sarasota Opera. He always made things lighter for us! He'll never be forgotten.

I will never forget Tony, how he always made us laugh, kept us going backstage when we were exhausted, how he always said thank you for the smallest gesture. He is missed.

On this anniversary of his death, I want to say how much Tony is missed by all who knew him. Wish we´d had a little longer! Best regards to his family.

i know this is a late entry but i just want to share a fond memory of my cousin Anthony j Palmieri. He used to come to our home in Massachusetts when I was a child. I recall how special he made me feel in offering his time to find out what i was into and he once played catch with me in the yard which was very memorable . I remember his handsome face and how i wished that i could know him more. Anyway I truly sympathize in your loss. i am deeply saddened as well. xo Beverly Agrella Iwanicki,...

As one of the staff stage directors at Sarasota Opera, I had the pleasure of working with Anthony often. I loved his easygoing personality and fun sense of humor. And he was a good supernumerary for the opera! Sincere condolences to his whole family. He was a sweet man, and we will all miss him at Sarasota Opera.

Tony will be missed by so many! Those of us who worked and played with him at Sarasota Opera knew him as full of energy and great humor, and always there with a compliment or kind word when needed. I am forever happy to have known him. My deepest condolences to his family.

Anthony always had a smile on his face and would stop by the opera box office to say hello and bring me coffee. I'm saddened by the news of his passing. He was a great guy and will be missed.
