Not sure what to say?

My memories of Mr. Pennucci go back to my childhood and the friendship I shared with his younger daughter Rita. He was quite a presence back then. It is always a strange emotion when someone you knew as a child passes away...it feels as though you're losing a part of your life, of yourself. I am writing this on October 15 - Rita's birthday - and I wish to send her my very best wishes. So hard to imagine those carefree days lie so far in the past...
