Nino, I am so sad every minute of every day honey! I lost a huge piece of myself when you died! You are my little brother, who at times was more like my big brother. Life is nor will ever be the same without you! Our only consolation is that you are no longer suffering, my loving little brother. You are and will be forever in my heart and mind, I LOVE YOU.... INFINITY.....LOVE YOU NINO... "Spit" Lu

What an amazing and precious soul we have all lost. Growing up gay in Mentor isn't the easiest thing to do, and I was so lucky to have Tony in my life. He was close to my mother and cut her hair and cut my hair and brother's hair for many years and we became friends. How many Patti LaBelle concerts did we go to together? Countless. How much did we laugh? A lot. And for a gay boy in Ohio, although I didn't have the words at the time, he gave me someone to look up to, someone to aspire...

To Amber & John, my sister, Terri Sandy told me about Tony. Although he & I never talked it was always a message from my sister. I am very sorry for your loss and am praying for you.

Tony was a special, caring person. I hadn't seen him in 20 years but he cut our hair when I was growing up and was close to my mother, who died when my twin brother and I were 13. After her death, he was a constant source of support and love. I now live in California and I am so sad to hear of his passing. What a unique and grand spirit. What a gift to this world.

Christopher,
Please know that I will keep you and Amber and the all of Tony's family in my prayers. While I have never met Tony and I've yet to meet you, I know he was a good soul from everything I've ever heard from my uncle John. Tony's in heaven now where there is no pain and suffering, only joy. I wish you God's peace during this difficult time.
Namaste,
Chris Sandy

My heart cries out, I am so sadden by the news that I heard today. My dear friend has past away, & I found out to late to be with his family & friends. We lost touch more then 15 years ago, for no other reason then Life itself!
Tony, I'm so sorry that I missed the later part of your life, I'm so sorry that I never got to know Chris, as you got to know Walter some 27 years ago when we lived together for a short time at your Aunts house. But I'm glad that you found someone to love & to...

I went to school with Tony, and always remembered how much fun he was, and he was always cracking people up with jokes. My sympathies to his family and friends.

Chris, my deepest sympathy to you and to Tony’s family. I will remember Tony’s thoughtful, optimistic, spiritual and funny (too funny to describe, really) approach to life. When travelling in Mexico with Tony, his comments about some of the hairstyles we saw (or lack thereof) were gut wrenching. He certainly had a way with words (and lots of them too!). I will remember Tony as a great son to his parents and as a great friend to so many. I am glad that the two of you could share such a...
