I was an investigator for the NYS Narcotic bureau.. Tony helped me by expediting my lab submissions involving substitution of drugs in Hospitals, nursing homes, and pharmacies. A great professional person who never hesitated to assist me. When you leave you tend to forget people but when I noted this obit -it brought back a lot of memories. Rest in peace Tony and thanks for all help during my career.
