Not sure what to say?

I'm so sorry to learn of Tony's untimely passing. He was a wonderful human being: compassionate, smart, and fun. My sympathy to his family and friends about his loss.

Anthony Pucek was my long time mental heath care practitioner, and was the best. I saw several others, but he was the one I enjoyed seeing. He didn't ask me the same stock questions over and over, instead we would talk about things we both liked: off-roading, LED lighting, movies, etc. I'll never find another NP like Anthony. I'm imagining him riding off into the sunset in his FJ Cruiser and flipping on the light bars.

My condolences to Anthony's family. I knew both Anthony and Carol Pucek. I worked briefly with Anthony at Spectrum Behavioral Health. May God give you the strength to get through this great loss.

Tony was my doctor for many years, but he was much more than just my doctor , He was my friend we talk about many things on my visits . He loved to play poker, and talk about world events, We would talk about wild live . His daughter just came up to my house looking for eagles nests . I new him well and he will be missed , my god take care of you now Tony !1!! " He was a great man to me " His kids should be proud of him ..... " your friend Stephen "

He talked with animation and conviction about our shared love of the outdoors, and many other things too: taxes, and public policy, and books, and morality and the importance of developing character and self-reliance in...

Thank You for your Kindness and wisdom, I truly enjoyed our conversations. You will be missed.
God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

Thank you Mr. Pucek for being a part of my life. I just found out today, 4/22/20. I will miss you sorely. Take care and God speed.

Thank you Dr. Pucek for the life changing difference your expertise made in the life of my young friend
