My dad was a very good friend of Tonys. When I first met uncle Tony I was a very little boy. Some of my favorite memories were when my dad would take me fishing at the marina. I also liked visiting him at the t-shirt shop, he always got me a shirt to take home, he was such a kind man. Uncle Tony wasn't my real uncle, but it didn't matter, that's what I called him. When I found out the news I felt so bad for his friends and family, a great man was no longer with us. A week before I heard...

What a great cousin Tony was. Growing up, I was so excited to hear Tony was coming to town because that meant I would get some more cool posters. I use to show off my room which was decorated with artwork from Tony. He was a great artist. My heart goes out to Evelyn, Joanne and Little Joanne. What a great loss. We are praying for God's strength to see you through this difficult time. Love, Mark Burnup

So sorry to hear of Big Tony's passing. His presence around town and at the Great White will surely be missed by his family, friends and customers at his store. Our sympathy goes out to all those who knew and loved him.
