I worked for Mr Rich in the mid-1970s and thought that he was a fair man with high standards. If he hadn't tried to retire soon after started, I believe that I might have stayed with his company longer than I did. What I learned there helped me to make several career changes and eventually find work that I was truly good at and enjoyed doing..
I wish that I had heard of his passing sooner so that I could have expressed my sympathy in a timely manner.
