ANTHONY RUSSO III

One of the landmarks of Tabernacle.I want to thank the Russo family for all their contributions. I am sure Tony will be deeply missed.

We will be remembering Anthony Russo on the Anniversary of his 5th year of living in the Presence of the Lord.
We at the Monastery of Saint Clare in Chesterfield use the Crucifix given by Msgr. DuBel in memorial of Anthony Russo on Good Friday at the services. He is present with us.

I just learned of Anthony's death today 3-20-21. Please accept my belated condolences. I was a frequent customer for the years I worked at the jail down the road; frequent because it was the best fruit, vegetable, and pie (oh, those pies!!!) market anywhere. I did not know him except to see him periodically in the market as I shopped, and one of your staffers/relatives pointed him out. I benefitted from what he created, and I'm grateful. My next four Mass intentions will be for him.

Msgr. James Dubel gave the Monastery of Saint Clare in Chesterfield, NJ a beautiful crucifix in memory of Anthony Russo, so Anthony and family are remembered daily as we pass the image each day. May Anthony intercede for all those he loved here on earth. May anthony now Rejoice in Peace.

I only actually met Tony once!
I stopped in the store in the fall of 2015. I didn't know who he was. He asked me if I needed help as I replied that I was looking for Apple wood for my smoker as I wanted to make my own Bacon! He said give me a few minutes , I'll be rite back. So I just moseyed around the store . He came back and said hop in with me. ( his pickup truck) he took me out on the farm and pointed to an apple tree that was dead. He said I can have that one ! I thought, what a...

Always the first place to look for in the Spring for flowers and the best place in the fall for pumpkins You made my grandchildren and I feel like a member of the family God bless all of Mr. Russo's family and live each day as a memory of his beautiful life.

Beautifully written. He will truly be missed but know his family will carry his legacy on beautifully. Prayers to all.
