Dearest Elaine,
Since hearing that Anthony was sick and then that he passed away I have been remembering all the wonderful times that Mike and I had with you both. We sure had a lot of laughs and Mike and Anthony were more like brothers than cousins. Now they are once again together. Hope they are having an awesome reunion with one another.
